Sandra Jones and her little granddaughter Harlynn Avery Bray took advantage of it on Friday. Sandra is an ARNP at Adair Family Medical in Columbia. Little Harlynn held her smile until she was sure the stranger with a camera was ok'd by her grandmother, once that was done, she gave a smile and blew a kiss as they moved on.
