The Adair County Fiscal Court April meeting saw a heated debate between all of the magistrates on how road funds should be divided and used throughout the county. The discussion went through a few different ideas on how to divide funds: miles per district, population per district, and simply dividing the funds seven ways to use at each magistrate's discretion. Ultimately the vote was for dividing the funds equally as of the new fiscal year which begins July 1.
