2019-04-15 - Adair County, KY - Photo by Linda Waggener, ColumbiaMagazine.com.
Redbud trees have been their most beautiful over the past week as writer Billy Joe Fudge noted in his Great Wooded South Redbud Heaven photos. I couldn't resist photographing this phase where the pink blossoms carpeted the ground underneath as new leaves begin to push them off. The location is at the back of the Columbia United Methodist Church, looking toward the Food Pantry entrance.
