Farm Report: update on Bud and the girls in Greater Bliss 2019-05-06 - Adair County, KY - Photo by Miss Victoria of Miss Victoria\'s Pampered Angus Ranch, Greater Bliss. The big elm tree is leafed out at the Hunter Place and the girls are gathered around along with a bunch of baby calves probably too small to see. Bud, the bull, is a bit unhappy that he is on the other side of the fence for now to prevent January and February babies being born in the worst of winter. Several have inquired into the whereabouts of the herd at the house in Greater Bliss, New Columbia. Well this 59-year-old is downsizing. The bigger girls went to a fine home here in the county and the steers and smaller heifers went to market as they always do in spring. Don’t worry, I still have plenty to keep me occupied.
