Epicurean Kentuckian: Chuletas Mexicanas
2019-05-12 - Columbia, KY - Photo by Pen. There are a few really handy words to know in Spanish, such as hola, gracias, and chuletas, for "chops." These grilled pork chops from Fiesta Mexico of Columbia are served piled with grilled peppers and onions, plus generous portions of rice, beans, and tortillas.
