This exercise was developed to simulate a true emergency with a realistic response by first responders. The Kentucky Jailer's Association elects 20 men and women to serve on the Board of Directors and represent all 120 counties. This is Adair County Jailer Joey White's second term. The Kentucky Jailers' Association is made up of constitutionally elected jailers and appointed Jail Administrator of the Commonwealth of Kentucky. The goal of the association is to form an organization to establish harmony of action, insure protection and success, provide pecuniary support, secure protection and promote the best interests of the Jailers' in the State of Kentucky. We have been serving the training, legislative and support needs of Kentucky Jailers since 1982. The Jailers' Association Board of Directors is the governing body of the Kentucky Jailers' Association. The board members are elected annually at the Kentucky Jailers' Association Summer Conferences.
