Heavy rains caused a one vehicle accident in Taylor County on south Hwy 55 Wednesday, June 12, 2019 at 6:24pmET. According to investigation and statements provided, the driver, Clarissa Grimes, 32, of Campbellsville stated due to wet road conditions, the vehicle began to hydroplane and she lost control. The driver and two juvenile passengers were transported to Taylor Regional Hospital by Taylor County EMS with non-life threatening injuries.
