Thanks for posting and thanks especially to the two ladies that found her and stayed with her until we got there to get her." I took my dog (German Shepherd) to the vet in Columbia this morning and when we opened the door to get her out, she jumped out and took off. Adair County Fiscal Court finalizes Sunday alcohol sales 2019-06-25 - Columbia, KY - Photo by Tiffany Kessler. Sunday alcohol sales passed with a majority of votes by the fiscal court this afternoon. Included on the agenda for the second meeting of June was the "2nd Reading of ABC Ordinance Amendment" which, after several tries during the past couple years, permitted the county to go "wet" on Sundays. With all magistrates present, Chris Reeder made the motion to approve the action and Greg Caldwell seconded it. It passed with a 5-2 margin - Sammy Baker voted no and Billy Coffey abstained.
