Jim Blair Park is undergoing management changes

The Board which has worked on the Jim Blair Park and Recreation Center for the past couple of years, with many good results, hopes that with the changes being made none of those good things will be lost. The partnership between the City and County owners it is undergoing changes in management and money to operate it.
