First of two Adair County Sheriff's Office vehicles delivered

The first of the two vehicles purchased with the Federal USDA Grant was delivered this afternoon by Steve Fletcher of Fletcher Chrysler. The next step will be getting the Charger outfitted with decals and striping.
Thanks to Ms. Hilda Legg and Mr. Mark Givens with the USDA Rural Development for working with us to get the grant and to Sheriff Brockman and the Fiscal Court on working together to get the Sheriff Office vehicle fleet improved. - Gale Cowan, Adair County Judge Executive

Kinsley is the five year old daughter of Steven and Jessica Thomas of Dunnville, KY and Cade is the five year old son of Ronika and Jeremy Roosa of Nancy, KY. Londyn is the six year old daughter of Adam and Tracy Childress of Somerset, KY and Maddox is the six year old son of Matt and Tara Cook of Somerset. KSP looking for witnesses to fatal hit and run

Kentucky State Police Post 4 is requesting the public's assistance in speaking with the driver of a late model Dodge Durango with a Florida license plate that was driving near 12798 South Hwy 259 in Breckinridge County between 11:15-11:22amCT on Saturday, July 13, 2019.
Investigators believe the driver and any passengers in the Durango may have witnessed Mattingly strike the child, and they would like to speak with them as part of the investigation. If anyone has any information about the vehicle please contact KSP Post 4 at 270-766-5078.
