That's not a comma on the sign

2019-08-21 - Downtown Columbia, KY - Photo by Linda Waggener, ColumbiaMagazine.com.
That's not a comma between the "L" and the "I" on the sign at the back entry of City Hall designating Mayor, City Clerk, City Police. It's a blue tailed lizard, common in Kentucky, and harmless - they say - although I didn't get close enough to test that when I visited Monday. I allowed space for him/her to change directions before going on in. - LW

Ruby and Roy talking before heading to the field

2019-08-21 - Pulaski County, KY - Photo by Mitzi McKinley Bault.
When you visit my baby girl Amy Grant Whitaker’s house, you know you are on the farm. She loves life on the farm in Pulaski County. When Jason Whitaker came into her life my little town girl became a country girl. He is owner of Buck Creek Stable and Kennel in Shopville, KY. His Mules, horses and coonhounds have gone all over the USA. In this picture, Ruby and Roy are ready to hit the field. I love to hear them, as I call it, talk to each other! - Mitzi
