Birds of Kentucky: American Robin

All About Birds has this to say about American Robins: "Robins eat different types of food depending on the time of day: more earthworms in the morning and more fruit later in the day. Because the robin forages largely on lawns, it is vulnerable to pesticide poisoning and can be an important indicator of chemical pollution."

Hungry kids of all ages at FM2 Saturday

Hungry Kids at the Cafe this Saturday includes college students now that Lindsey Wilson College classes are back in session. Lois Cunningham serves a team from Lindsey with breakfast burritos. All students and preschool age children eat free at the Hungry Kids Cafe during Farmers Market season.
