Homeless shelter dedicated to Cally Paige McFall 2019-09-18 - Columbia - Photo by Linda Waggener, ColumbiaMagazine.com. The new Adair County Homeless Shelter beside the 911 Center in Columbia was dedicated Tuesday, September 17, 2019 as Cally's House - dedicated in loving memory and honor of Cally Paige McFall 10-24-95 to 1-28-19, 'She brought us love and left us with precious memories.' The plaque is held by her mother, Stacey Hatcher Wilson, standing on the porch by the sign designating the shelter Cally's House. The group working to bring the shelter to completion stood with Cally's family on opening day. From left are: Natalie Vickous, Maggie Coleman, Krystal Cundiff, Billy Payne, Lee Ann Jessie, Mayor Pam Hoots, Mary Anne Loy, Thelma and Wayne Hatcher, Caitlyn Bishop and Autumn Bishop, and behind them are Emily Overstreet and Julie Hatcher.
