Keltners helping celebrate LCADD 50th Anniversary

Judy and Winston Keltner were among those attending the 50th anniversary celebration of the Lake Cumberland Area Development District (LCADD) Thursday evening. Judy has been part of the ADD family for a number of years and has helped make sure Adair County was well represented in projects that have come through the District.
