Campbellsville Mayor Brenda Allen was recognized for dedicated service to The Lake Cumberland Area Development District (LCADD). Staff and leaders in the ten counties it serves celebrated the ADD's 50-year anniversary September 26, 2019 with a banquet at Lake Cumberland State Park.

Heartland Parkway work continuing in Taylor County

Kentucky State Police Troopers were our in force when this photo was taken yesterday, keeping speeds under control along the Heartland Parkway, Hwy 55 North, where road work is in progress in Taylor County. Honor the speed limit - numbers which are agreed upon for the good of all. Please be careful to protect highway workers.
