LWC men's soccer wins NAIA opening round
 2019-11-24 - Columbia, KY - Photo courtesy Lindsey Wilson College. The No. 5-seeded Lindsey Wilson men's soccer team defeated John Brown (Ark.) 4-1 during the 2019 NAIA Men's Soccer National Championship Opening Round at Blue Raider Stadium on Saturday evening.
Lindsey Wilson advance to the 2019 NAIA National Championship Second Round at the final site in Irvine, California where they will face UC Merced (Calif.). The match time is still to be determined on Monday, Dec 2 at the OC Great Park Soccer Stadium.

Historic Adair County Courthouse
 2019-11-24 - Downtown Columbia, KY - Photo from a keepsake picture. This will be the look of the Adair County Courthouse once the "wings" are removed and it is sandblasted back to its original brick color. There are ongoing efforts to make contact with programs that have volunteers who need projects like removing the wings. There are whispers that grants may be available for the renovation. Towns around us have done it and I'm sure it's just a matter of time until Adair County brings dreams and money and work together for it to be done. - LW
