Recently Adair Public Schools Title 1 Coordinator, John Shelley III, enjoyed a milestone birthday and friends shared memories and photos like this one from his youth. The picture is from the years when his dad was County Agent of Spencer County and John played for the Shelbyville American Legion Post 37 in 1988-89. At that time they recruited players from several counties. He remembers playing for head coach Jim Wiley and team sponsor Bobby Stratton.
