Seagull convention on Old Hickory 2020-02-27 - Tennessee - Photo by Linda Waggener, ColumbiaMagazine.com. It looked like Seagulls were having a convention at the Nat Caldwell Park on Old Hickory Lake, Nashville Pike, in Gallatin, Tennessee Sunday afternoon. Hundreds of them flew and landed, then soared around a bit and landed again on limbs sticking out of the water. Two fishermen nearby said in addition to being a place for boating and picnics, it is a good place to fish for Bass, maybe the Seagulls know that. It said, in part, KWOC is obligated, along with any of its subcontractors, to adhere to all applicable laws and permitting requirements within the Commonwealth.
