Poultry houses in Milltown area of Adair County

New scam reported by photographer Tommy Bailey

Usually we'd be looking at a picture of a sunrise or sunset from this Adair County location, however, the photographer took a screen shot to document this scam to alert others. Tommy writes, "...2-29-20 Checking my emails this morning and found an order to Amazon that I did not place starring me in the face. These Scam Artists are working overtime to take your money. The amount was $1146.69. Don't call the number that they show - it is not Amazon's number."

Daffodil Watch 2020: overlooking Sulphur Well

These Daffodils are overlooking the village of Sulphur Well, KY in northern Metcalfe County. The first building on the right is the famous Lighthouse Restaurant, the country ham capitol. Across the road is the park where the artesian well still flows and offers a free drink of sulphur water to any and all takers.
