Executive Order 2020-0401: Operations of GRAS & Animal Control

Adair County Judge Executive Gale B. Cowan has signed executive order 2020-0401, which limits the game warden to responding to complains by law enforcement only, and limits the Green River Animal Shelter to only accepting animals deemed by law enforcement to be a threat to a person or livestock. The order is effective until further notice.
