COVID-19 Adair: week ends with 7 total deaths 2020-04-25 - Adair County, KY - Photo from LCDHD daily report. 4-24-2020 Update: Adair County has 11 new cases of COVID-19 today. 9 are residents and 2 are employees of Summit Manor Nursing Home. We also have to report 1 more death for today, a resident of SMNH. We have had 3 released from isolation today. We now have 76 total cases with 9 being released from isolation and 7 deaths. Emergency Management Director Mike Keltner reports that the Adair County Courthouse Annex is open for shelter. Severe storms are expected to be past Adair County by 8pmCT. The Farmers Market on the Square was able to maintain hours today with steady business until hard rains came after the noon hour. We had a brief time of sunshine and now, 2pmCT, we are heading into stormy skies.
