A very nice crew from Ledcor, a contractor with the Kentucky Wired project, arrived to remove an illegally placed guy wire anchor on the Pampered Angus Ranch. The crew was very polite and the job of securing the pole with pole to pole brace was completed in a couple of hours. Carmel boat ramp (also know as Butler Creek Ramp) was received by Adair E-911 Friday afternoon. Emergency responders specializing in technical and dive rescue scrambled to the scene. The body of a 46 year old male was located at 3:08pmCT. Investigation of the death is pending by Adair County Coroner, Todd Akin and Kentucky Fish and Wildlife Officer, Cody Berry. If you find yourself with a stale loaf of really good bread, a little olive oil and balsamic vinegar can give it a second life. You need a proper and sturdy Italian or French bread for this treatment, so don't try it with anything from those store delis that also make donuts and croissants from the same dough. Cube or tear the bread and add lots of tomatoes plus onion, garlic, capers, and parmesan, and douse with quality olive oil and vinegar, then refrigerate.
