Plenty of Parking at the Annex 2020-06-23 - Columbia, KY - Photo by Linda Waggener. Election officers and staff have moved out of their parking spaces to make room for voters to enter through the back door of the Courthouse Annex if it's more convenient. That means there's parking for voters in the front, back and to the side. Election workers and Deputies are stationed at each entrance to help with directions. For those with disabilities, drivers can pull up to the Greensburg Street doors for assistance and a totally step-free path to voting. This is a photo of the back of the Annex. This little Larkspur found an unlikely home among an almost impossible concrete barrier. The nearest visible soil is five feet from the flower's home.
