First run for new Engine 4

Friday afternoon Columbia Fire Department new Engine 4 which had just been delivered two days before received its first call and responded to a vehicle fire at the Exit of the 49 mile marker of the Louie B. Nunn Cumberland Parkway.

On Wednesday, July 15, 2020, the Columbia Fire Department received their newest engine, Engine 4, which is a 2020 Sutphen Monarch, replacing the 1986 Pierce Pumper the City has used as its first out pumper since October of 1986.
