Today they play on tennis courts at the old Fairgrounds but hope that Columbia/Adair Parks and Recreation will soon provide a dedicated space/court for all Pickle ballers to enjoy. It is sometimes referred to as Ten Petaled Sunflower even though it can have eight to twelve petals. This is a great time of year to get out for a walk in the woods to find woodland wildflowers for transplanting into your semi-shaded Wildlife Gardens.
