Plant Swap Day was held Saturday, September 19, 2020, at Columbia's Trabue Russell House. Folks in attendance took time to admire the rose garden in front of the house and then to gather at the back of the house for the plant swap. The historic house was open for inside tours as well. He taught Health & PE and was the basketball coach at Russell County High School, was principal at Jamestown Elementary and was Director of Transportation throughout his career.
