Epicurean Kentuckian: The Argentinian Burger

The Argentinian Burger from Mussel and Burger Bar, which comes with thick cut provolone cheese, caramelized onions, chorizo Argentino, chimichurri sauce, housed mixed greens, and oven-roasted tomatoes. Served with a side of (very) thick cut fries with truffle oil.

Ringing in the new school year

Overall enrollment numbers climbed by 106 students with total enrollment surpassing 2,700 students for the first time in the 117-year history of the college.

White campus. "It's a little different," said Jewell who plans to be a part of the Lindsey Wilson wrestling program. "I'm used to seeing faces and everyone is covered up by the mask so there will be some challenges but I'm ready."

Careful Move-in

LWC expanded move-in "weekend" from a two-day to a four-day event to avoid the customary long lines and congested spaces associated with a typical move-in event. Each student arrived at a designated time and was allowed two hours to complete the process.

Erielle Allen moves in

LWC sports management freshman Erielle Allen from Louisville, Ky., arrives with her parents, Roshaun and Eric Allen to move into Phillips Hall, a residence hall reserved for female freshman students. Allen, who plays for the women's soccer program, says she was worried she would not be able to attend college in-person this year and is excited to get back onto the soccer field.

Checking temperatures

Due to the campus reopening during the COVID-19 pandemic, students were given strict instructions about the procedures and protocols required for the fall 2020 semester.
