SquareCrow with sound effects? 2020-10-14 - Public Square, Columbia, KY - Photo by Linda Waggener, ColumbiaMagazine.com. A meowing, sometimes faint, sometimes loud, emanates from the Pickett's Chapel SquareCrow in the front of the Arnold building. That's not the kind of sound you'd expect at Halloween and only scary in case a little animal may need rescuing. One of the designers of the arrangement came from Harris and Harris Law Office to water the mums and heard it, too. She moved to where she could see a solid white kitten.
