Epicurean Kentuckian: Baked Acorn Squash 2020-11-19 - Downtown Columbia, KY - Photo by Linda Waggener, ColumbiaMagazine.com. First attempt at Acorn Squash - washed and microwaved for a couple of minutes to make it easier to slice, then cleaned out seeds, added a bit of salt, Paprika and Turmeric and baked on parchment paper to desired tenderness.
