Wednesday, March 3, 2021 was a fine day as demonstrated by Smokey Blue the Cat basking in the afternoon sunshine. The fact that he was resting on Geniece's afghan told me that he, too, was remembering the girl who rescued him when he was homeless and hungry and had a chopped off tail, first fed him warm human food, first gave him permission to live with us.
