And then there were three
2021-03-22 - Adair County, KY - Photo by Linda Waggener, ColumbiaMagazine.com. A snack served out in the sun was meant for residents Smokey Blue, at right, and Mama Cat, center. However, looking back as I headed into the house, I saw there was a guest cat, timid and waiting for possible leftovers. The guest cat spotted me trying to take more food out and ran - it was evident by its bony small body that food is needed. Hope it comes again.

One of the known problems with this high tech gadgetry is a tendency to panic in the face of difficult situations.

The cutline for the 1926 photograph noted "Only a pocket knife was used" to craft the set. In the present photo, the family dog can be glimpsed on the far side of the wagon.
