Morrison, Taylor and Meadows at EDA meeting

Leaders Chester Taylor, at left, Bobby Morrison and Roger Meadows believe the Green River Industrial Park's second entrance will be a win for all parties involved. The Columbia-Adair County EDA Board voted unanimously Friday to finalize negotiations. Completion of the goal opens up 144 acres of the park which had been unusable until now without a second entry because of the gas pipeline crossing it.

GCHS fishermen Parker Atwood and Layke Pickett

Green County High School was represented in the KHSAA Region Two Bass Fishing tournament at Holcomb's Landing Saturday, April 24 by Parker Atwood and Layke Pickett. Teams from all over the region fished from 6:30amCT until weigh-in at 2:30pm, most of the day in the rain.
