Fire Department called to burning vehicle

The Adair County Fire Department was called out Friday afternoon when a vehicle caught fire beside the Five Star on Hwy. 61 in the Walmart Center. A pickup truck was burning.

Scenic Kentucky: Rockhouse Bottom overlook

Photographer Donna Rieder writes, "Went to the Rockhouse in Creelsboro with a friend today, and we hiked to the top. The view is fantastic. I was amazed to see a distant field consumed by buttercups, and a very invasive plant that most cattle and goats won't touch."
