Clifty Creek Farm welcomes Pebbles and Pixie

Donna writes, "Clifty Creek Farm is happy to welcome the arrival of the new baby goats! We switched from very large Kiko meat goats to tiny Nigerian Dwarf dairy goats. They will be a good fit for the farm and also future Goat Yoga classes!

Pebbles is on the left, Pixie on the right. They stand about 14" tall at the shoulders."

Intense red sweet william

George writes, "The intense deep red of these Dianthus (sweet william) is amazing to me. I did not alter the color or intensity. To think something as beautiful and vibrant as these flowers come from a tiny brown seed speaks well for this Earth God have given us and to the responsibility we have to take care of it."

Police looking for escapee

On Sunday night, May 16, 2021, an inmate who was lodged in the Class D facility of Adair Regional Jail escaped custody.

Christopher Dickson, an Adair native, has yet to be apprehended. If you have any information leading to Dickson's whereabouts and recapture please notify authorities.
