Robert writes, "This past April I was traveling down Mud Camp Road and decided to turn around and backtrack, taking a side road to a farm this barn is located on. Fortunately a caretaker of the property was on the farm and granted me access to roam around to do some photography."

Travel: Biltmore Mansion

Biltmore House, the main residence on the Biltmore Estate, is a Chateauesque-style mansion built for George Washington Vanderbilt II between 1889 and 1895 and is the largest privately owned house in the United States, at 178,926 square feet of floor space. Still owned by George Vanderbilt's descendants, it remains one of the most prominent examples of Gilded Age mansions. (Wikipedia)

June is Dairy Month in Kentucky

June marks the start of Dairy Month in Kentucky. Today, Commissioner of Agriculture Dr. Ryan Quarles signed a proclamation declaring the month in honor of dairy producers and their products. Joining the Commissioner at today's celebration were dairy producers and members of the Kentucky Dairy Development Council and The Dairy Alliance.
