A walk in the woods never fails to provide an opportunity to drink in nature's beauty, and be treated to the art and science of the form and function of Creation. This Eastern Bottle-Brush Grass found on a ridge top road in the Creelsboro area is a fanciful example of the geometric and artful design that is, nature itself.
P.S. A two dimensional picture can never completely capture the awesomeness of the experience of being wrapped, enveloped if you will, in the natural ecosystem of which we are a part.

Dr. Corey Bonds is CU director of bands

Dr. Corey Bonds, who has been employed at Campbellsville University since 2014, will oversee all operations for the band program including directing the Wind Ensemble, Concert Band, Tiger Marching Band and Tiger Pep Band.
He will continue to teach undergraduate and graduate conducting courses, as well as instrumental music education courses as needed.

Little Ma'Kenzie Payne found Mayor Pam Hoots' cell phone on the square where pictures had been taken of the Payne family dedication ceremony. She quickly gave it to her mother and the happy owner was reconnected with her phone. Ma'Kenzie is the four year old daughter of Ronnie Payne and Tina Ishmael.
