Speaking up at the City Council meeting

Eddie McQuaide spoke with Mayor Pam Hoots at the November City Council meeting about the zone change on Fairground Street. He said he'd received no notice in advance of the meeting and is very concerned with water runoff which will affect his property due to the drainage from the long roofs on the proposed storage buildings. He said Kentucky State Law says no one has the right to force water across another's property.
