Fall Scenery at an Old Homestead in Kentucky
2024-11-08 - Central Kentucky - Photo by Robert Ellis, robertelliswoodworking.com. Robert writes, "Heading to Burkesville in late October while seeking out Fall colors, I decided to get off the beaten path and travel down a gravel road. Sometimes these roads can have an old barn, or in this case a lovely old house, still standing and having all the elements I like in composing a photo
This one has a lot going for it; a creek (albeit dry at the moment) Fall colors, some rocks, interesting tree limbs in front of the house, but not obscuring it...but mostly the old house is still structurally in decent shape and very picturesque in this setting. I love photographing old houses!"
