I Have a Dream at Center for Rural Development

The life and times of civil rights leader Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. comes to stage in the School Time Theatre performance of "I Have a Dream" on Wednesday, February 2, 2022, at 10amET for students and 6:30pmET for the general public at The Center for Rural Development in Somerset. School Time Theatre is presented by The Center for Rural Development and Lake Cumberland Performing Arts.

Walking trail to be available by City Park

The City of Columbia leased the track that adjoins the City’s one acre park in the old fairgrounds, now owned by Lindsey Wilson College, to make a walking track. The lease was given for 10 years for one dollar. The City will maintain the track and land adjoining the park.
