Epicurean Kentuckian: Chili 3-Way

2022-02-13 - EK Kitchen - Photo by Pen.
A bowl of Cincinnati's finest, in honor of the Bengals' first trip to the Super Bowl since Jan. 22, 1989. If someone from The Queen City offers you a bowl of chili 3-way, you can be sure you're getting chili, spaghetti, and a mountain of shredded cheese. If they offer you a bowl of chili 5-way, you can be sure you're getting chili, spaghetti, cheese, plus beans and onions. But if you're offered a chili 4-way, you'll have to make a decision, because it could have either beans -or- onions.
