Birds of Kentucky: Gridlock in the park 2022-02-24 - Central Kentucky - Photo by Pen. In my experience, Canada Geese do not appreciate subtlety. On a recent day in the park, I watched this car approach geese in the road and then slow to a stop, waiting for the geese to cede the right of way, which the geese casually continued not to do. After a minute, the driver of the car tried honking its horn, and then after another couple of minutes, the driver did a three-point-turn and went the other way.
