Congratulations to the Coleman family and Hawks

CCHE Hawks did it again! The Cumberland Christian Home Educators (CCHE) Hawks brought home a varsity first place 5a championship trophy from the East Coast National Homeschooling basketball tournament. They defeated the Kalamazoo, MI Cougars.

The Middle School CCHE Hawks achieved a second place finish in the top bracket. Adair County’s Gabe Coleman, Ty Coleman, and Hawks Coach Mark Coleman are featured in the group.

Cumberland Parkway Saturday morning

This beautiful look at downtown Columbia in the snow comes from the Courthouse Annex where Fiscal Court allowed WBKO television to put up the AAA camera to show towns in their viewing area 24/7.

Since the five hours since this view was checked, Mother Nature has given Columbia another few inches of snow - and it continues. Temperatures are in the 20s so it will stay the day with us.
