LWC Football recognized in Frankfort for 2020 National Title

Members of the 2020 Lindsey Wilson football team was recognized on Wednesday on the Senate floor of the Kentucky Capitol building for winning the NAIA National Championship last May. Before the recognition, the team was escorted to the House of Representatives floor for photographs with Kentucky Rep. Michael Sarge Pollock and Senatory Max Wise.

White is the color of the week

At the Student Art Show

Ed Baker created this Adair County Courthouse steeple and it is on display now at the Trabue Russell House student art show. He is in 11th grade at Adair County High School. It is open 1-3 Saturday and Sunday.

Alex and his work at Student Art Exhibit

Alex Pedro-Pablo stands beside his art work at the Trabue Russell House student art exhibit. He is in 8th grade at Adair County Middle School. The exhibit is hosted by Mayor Hoots and the City of Columbia in the historic home and continues each Saturday and Sunday through April 10, 2022.

Art teachers together at Student Art Exhibit

"So proud they're mine" - that's what Henrietta Scott, center, retired Adair art teacher and mentor, said of her Adair County Schools art teachers, Cayce Davenport, Rachel Waggener and Katie Campbell. They were together at the kickoff Student Art Exhibit at the Trabue Russell House. The exhibit continues each Saturday and Sunday afternoon through April 10th.
