According to the Brooklyn Botanical Garden's Plants & Gardens Blog, "Historically, fleabane was burned or dried in sachets to repel fleas, gnats, flies, and all other manner of tiny, annoying creatures, though there is little evidence of its effectiveness as an insect repellent." Emergency Management UPDATE Sunday, May 1, 2022: Autumn has been located and is safe with Louisville Metro Police. The Adair County Sheriff's Office, Adair EMA, and Breeding Area Fire Dept are attempting to locate Autumn Bailey Pennington, a 13 year old female. This female was last seen at a residence around 2:30amCT in the Breeding Community of Adair County Kentucky. Autumn is 5'1", 80 pounds with dark brown hair and blue eyes. It is possible that she may be traveling with an unknown person. If you know the location of this girl or any important information please call the Adair County E-911 at 270-384-6464.
