The historic Russell & Company building, also remembered as the Lerman's building, on the Public Square now has new owners, Dave and Tina Cook Thomas, of Hilltop Auto in Columbia. Pictured are Master Commissioner J. D. Zornes, at left, and Realtor Dale Hayes, at right, as regulations were read for those present for four property auctions Thursday.
