Blowing Bubbles

This photo by local photographer Robert Ellis has been selected for publication in Kentucky Living's 2023 Photo Contest Calendar.
Robert writes, "Every year when the water lilies bloom, I'm usually mowing the lawn and make a mental note to grab the camera when I'm done and attempt to get a decent photo of them... in their glory. This pic I was rewarded with one of the goldfish making a debut and staying afloat at the surface long enough to get this shot. The blowing bubbles by the fish was an added bonus."
