The Lindsey Wilson Singers donned bowties to celebrate Honorary Alumnus Award recipient Duane Bonifer.
Bonifer, who is known for the preferred neck wear, worked for LWC from 1991 to 2016. He is credited for developing the College's first-ever website, the current LWC logo and adapting the tagline "Every Student, Every Day" from the College mission statement. Directed by LWC Associate Professor of Music Gerald Chafin, current and former members of the LWC Singers performed the South African praise song "Gabi, Gabi," a favorite of Bonifer's.
