Russell County native and Outstanding Young Alumna Award recipient Casey Hardy McGowan accepts her award on Saturday at the 91st LWC National Alumni Association Awards Celebration Luncheon. McGowan graduated summa cum laude from LWC in 2014. She attended Emory (Georgia) University School of Law where she earned a Juris Doctor with honors.
