Columbia Mayor Pamela Hoots signed a proclamation designating April as Fair Housing Month in Columbia. In attendance were representatives of the Southern Kentucky Realtors Association, which included Golden Rule Realty and Southern Nest Realty locally, as well as Phyllis Wilcoxson Green of Glasgow, president of the Southern Kentucky Realtors Association.
