New City dump truck at Franklin Motors

Dan Franklin and his son Daniel, center, delivered the newly ordered dump truck from Don Franklin Family Dealerships to City of Columbia employees this week. Tim Smith, at left, Columbia Street Department Supervisor, and Jerry Watson, the City Gas Department Supervisor, at right, picked up the new truck.
